4444k Terms and Conditions

1. General Rules

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at 4444k: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposited funds must come only from an account or mobile banking registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The withdrawal process is usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4444k offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific expiry and conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — sharing bonuses across multiple accounts or misusing them may result in account cancellation.
• 4444k reserves the right to cancel a bonus if an attempt to collect it in an unreasonable or fraudulent manner is detected.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Your balance must be sufficient before any bet is finalised. Bets will be rejected if the balance is insufficient. 4444k reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, 4444k will determine the applicable rules for that situation and notify users.

5.3 Casino Games

Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair play. The records stored on the game provider's server are final and will be treated as the authoritative document in the event of any dispute.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any of them may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or family.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as attempting to claim bonuses on multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
• Using any type of bot, script, or automated software.
• Colluding with other players to place bets (collusion).
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Fraudulent activities that harm other users.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 4444k

4444k may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for breach of terms, unusual activity, failure to verify, or suspicion of fraud. Contact the support team to review the reason for the account closure.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. At the time of the request, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance in your account; however, if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, those funds will be forfeited.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period, 4444k will take action in accordance with its set policy and the relevant user will be notified in advance.
